Attorney Gucker seeks justice for people whose lives have been harmed by negligent or other wrongful conduct due to personal injury. Estate Planning: Estate planning is the process of arranging for an orderly disposition of assets after death, in a way so as to avoid legal and financial complications, excessive fees and expenses, and, in some cases, taxes. We will walk you through the entire process and cover everything from identifying you Power of Attorney and Executor of your will to Living Trusts, Final Disposition Documents and general Estate Tax questions.

Corporate Litigation: Commercial litigation includes a broad spectrum of disputes stemming from business conduct. Cases that fall under corporate litigation generally include breach of contract claims and business torts such as breach of fiduciary duty and fraud claims.

Real Estate Law: We represent both buyers and sellers. We can assist you in buying or selling businesses, commercial real estate, or other assets; in forming corporations, partnerships, and joint ventures. In doing so, we will educate you on the many option that exist including common tax structures and the impact they will have on you transaction.
